    LINC is a language training program funded by the Government of Canada through the Department of Citizenship and Immigration.

    Eligible clients are adult women, 18 years of age and over, who are Landed Immigrants or Convention Refugees.

    The LINC Program consists of a number of instruction levels (1 to 7), full-time or part-time.

    Transportation and child minding assistance available for those who qualify.
