Bola is the President and Founder of Woodsbridge Services. She holds a degree in Law and German from the University of Keele, England, and the Bachelor of Laws from the Nigerian Law School. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, England, a professional member of the Personnel Management of Nigeria and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Canada.

Bola has over 15 year’s cognate experience in International Banking Operation, Human Resources Management, Training & Development and Corporate HR Advisory services. Prior to establishing Woodsbridge Services Inc, Bola was the General Manager, Corporate Services, Intercontinental Bank Plc, a top notch highly successful wholesale bank in Nigeria, where she successfully developed several strategic HR initiatives in People Management and Learning Plans, Strategic Recruitment & Selection, HR and Succession Planning and Compensation & Benefits.

She also led several Strategic Corporate HR projects and received several awards and recognition for her outstanding professionalism and HR ideas and services to the organization as a Strategic Business partner. She has attended several International courses in England, Switzerland and the United States in the field of Human Resources and is an Associate of the Independent Educational Consultants Association in America.

She also serves as Program Director on the Board of the Human Resource Professional Association of Windsor, Canada and is a Franchise Owner of Unlimited Medsearch, specializing in the placement of medical professionals into full time regular employment across the United States.
