Work and Life Balance

EAS is a federally funded program under Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) that aims to provide you with necessary skills and tools to conduct an effective job search and to secure a paid employment related to your career. It assists you in career planning, job search counseling and development, creating a targeted resume and cover letter and preparing for interviews. The skilled employment counsellors assist you through one-on-one counseling where you will work with them to create a Return-to-Work Action Plan, which is a series of steps that will lead you towards your career/ employment goal.
